Schedule of Events

Friday, August 13th

3:00 pm Registration begins

Set up for Open Studio at Arts &Crafts *

Set up for Alumnae/i camp memorabilia at Playhouse **

5:00      Welcome Reception at Main Lodge

6:00       Supper at Main Lodge

7:00       Evening Program:  An interesting and informative presentation by environmental scientists who

are involved with water quality studies in Sebago Lake and Androscoggin River watersheds.

Dessert and coffee to follow.

*  We are excited about creating an art gallery at Arts & Crafts for alumnae/i artists and authors to display

their work.  Artists and authors, please e-mail Weezie Pugh Smith at louise.smith@camparcadia.com

if you’d like to bring a piece of work to share for the weekend. We hope you will!

**  We’d love to have everyone bring old photographs, banners, paddles and other camp

memorabilia to be displayed along with Arcadia’s archive materials in the Playhouse.

9:30                 Assembly on the Rock

10:15-12:00     Open Activities, Art Gallery in Arts & Crafts and

                        Alumnae/i  Archives in the Playhouse

12:30-2:00 pm  Picnic Lunch at Beach

2:00-5:00         Open Activities, Art Gallery and Alumnae/i Archives

4:15                Scholarship Foundation Gathering - Join us for a report on the

                       Arcadia Scholarship Foundation, its past (history),  present (success)

                       and future (plans)!  Refreshments will be served.

5:00                Social Hour at the Rock

6:00                Dinner in Pine Grove

7:30                Evening Program—Campfire

After Campfire—informal singing on the rock

Sunday, August 15^th

Take a Chance to Have Arcadia With You Every Day!  Win this unique quilt handmade by Penny Prudden Miles. Look for raffle tickets in the mail!  They are $5 each, or you can purchase the set of 3 for $15.  The raffle is to support “More Than 95 for the 95th Scholarship Foundation campaign.  The the winner will be chosen at campfire during Reunion weekend.  Penny explains, "...the sentiment expressed in 'Each Campfire Lights Anew' continues to resonate for me as I move through life." We hope that YOU will TAKE A CHANCE and we also hope to see you at Arcadia for the 95th Reunion celebration!
