2009 Summer Staff Opportunities
We believe your role as a counselor at Arcadia is to help each girl have a successful summer at Camp.
With your leadership, we hope every camper will have a positive living experience and develop her own skills.
Ranging from seasoned teachers to first year college students, our staff combines talent with fresh, new ideas.

All our staff, both male and female, teach an activity they are skilled and experienced with. Female staff are
also lodge counselors, living with a co-counselor and some campers. Our staff travels to Arcadia from all
over the world, bringing diverse backgrounds and a commitment to helping children discover who they are
and where their talents lie.

Starting with our Staff Orientation, we work with you throughout the summer to develop your leadership,
organizational, management and teaching skills...skills that will be invaluable in all future jobs.

We help you become involved. Involved in the community, involved in the campers' lives,
involved in their learning, involved in their world...
