Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1,500, taken from the tuition, is required to enroll a camper. We accept credit and debit cards, as well as ACH and Zelle.
Payment Schedule: 50% is due January 15, 2026 less the $1500 deposit; Final payment is due April 15, 2026.

Cancellation: Any cancellation received in writing prior to March 15, 2026, may either be rolled over to 2027 or be returned, minus the $1,500 non-refundable deposit.
Camp Arcadia reserves the right to send home without tuition reduction any campers whose behavior, in the opinion of the Directors, is detrimental to, or not compatible with, the welfare or standards of the Camp community. No reduction is made for late arrival, and/or early departure or withdrawal.
