Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1,500, taken from the tuition, is required to enroll a camper. We accept credit and debit cards, as well as ACH and Zelle.

Early Registration Discount: A discount of four percent of the total tuition is offered to campers who are registered (including payment of the $1,500 deposit) by September 30, 2026. The Early Registration Discount does not apply to campers in the Introductory Program.

Sister Discount: The discount for sisters attending Arcadia together during 2027 is four percent of the tuition for each sister. The Sister Discount does not apply to campers in the Introductory Program.

Payment Schedule: 50 percent is due January 15, 2027 less the $1500 deposit; Final payment is due April 15, 2027.

Cancellation: Any cancellation received in writing prior to March 15, 2027, may either be rolled over to 2028 or be returned, minus the $1,500 non-refundable deposit.
Camp Arcadia reserves the right to send home without tuition reduction any campers whose behavior, in the opinion of the Directors, is detrimental to, or not compatible with, the welfare or standards of the Camp community. No reduction is made for late arrival, and/or early departure or withdrawal.
